We provide an array of services to meet the demands of our clients. Choose the service that works for you. Initial phone consultations are always "FREE." During your initial consultation, you will be asked if you would like to be represented by our company or if any additional service we offer will work better for you. We charge no upfront fees to our clients. Clients do not owe us anything until we are successful in getting you benefits. Payments are due at the completion of our services.
* This option is ideal for individuals who already have a case pending, would like some guidance, but do not want full representation. Customers can elect these services to be charged at the end of their claim provided they agree to a Fee Petition process administered by Social Security. COMPANY SERVICES
Are you an out of town firm that represents clients in Louisiana? If so, you can take advantage of our services. We will attend administrative law judge hearings and represent your client for you. We will familiarize ourselves with the specifics of your client's case and represent them to the fullest extent. This option is ideal for cutting the costs of travel and your usual representative expenses. All we ask is to be notified at least one month before the hearing date to properly prepare ourselves with the specifics of your client's case. The minimum fee for this service is $700, but can increase for the following reasons (distance traveled to attend the hearing and the complexity of the claim being argued). Does your company have a backlog of cases that you do not have the staff to efficiently work? Let us assist you with our Company Case Evaluation. Our case evaluation includes the following: a medical and vocational summary and analysis of the claim, an argument analysis of the major problems associated with the claim, and projection analysis (Does the claim have a sufficient chance of getting approved?). The fee for this service is $350.
